Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agency Contracting Specialist
responsible for guiding new agencies through the contracting
process.
Key Responsibilities
Guide new agencies through each step of the contracting process via
Zoom
Educate agency principals on the process and next steps during
onboarding
Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure contracting
completion
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or
account management
Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
Experience working with Medicare contracting is a plus
Strong organizational skills and passion for improving user
experience
Curiosity and excitement to learn
