Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Counsel to join their
Business & Legal Affairs team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the company's contract lifecycle, including
drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
Identify and escalate high-risk contracts while ensuring compliance
with company policies
Assist with the migration of the contract repository to a new
Contract Lifecycle Management system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree; JD preferred
3+ years of experience in a transactional or contracts-based
practice
3+ years of experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting
commercial B2B contracts
Knowledge of contract and negotiation principles
Strong computer skills, including experience with contract
management systems; Ironclad preferred
