Seeking experienced trial attorneys to join a high-volume caseload team in Jericho, NY, handling civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures.

Responsibilities
Selected candidates will join a trial team and handle a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial, demonstrating exceptional knowledge of civil procedure and evidence.

• Manage a busy time-sensitive caseload independently, with outstanding research abilities, written and oral advocacy skills, and attention to detail.
  
• Work in a hybrid role, with hours in the office and virtually, with the ability to adapt to changing work arrangements based on business needs.
  
• Collaborate with skilled support staff in a congenial, team-oriented, and professional work environment.
  
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials.
    
  • Active license to practice law in New York and membership in good standing with the New York state bar.
    
  • 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience.
    
  • Experience working in a paperless environment and directing support staff on clerical and administrative matters.
    
  • Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation.
