We also defend directors and officers of public companies in, among other things, shareholder suits, claims arising from failed transactions and other suits that arise out of their commercial activity. Our litigation lawyers have the breadth of experience and substantive knowledge to navigate such complex matters.Because of the Firm's overhead structure, we are able to handle both large and smaller matters in a cost-effective manner.
