Responsibilities:

• Work on complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare clients for depositions, and draft and argue motions.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom appearances.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team of attorneys while engaging directly with clients.
  Requirements:
  • 4+ years of litigation experience at a reputable law firm.
  • Strong commercial litigation background, with excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Admission to the New York Bar (New Jersey Bar admission is a plus).
