Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, R&D is recruiting for a Technical Product Owner, Protein Therapeutics Development.\rIn this role, the candidate will demonstrate analytical skills and technical expertise to guide the development of protein-based therapeutic products, ensuring technical solutions meet customer expectations and drive business objectives. This position's primary location will be Spring House, PA, USA or Malvern, PA, USA and requires 10% occasional travel.\rThe mission of the Therapeutics Development Product Group is to implement the best technology to transform the development and delivery of life changing medicines for the J&J IM, R&D portfolio.\rKey Responsibilities:

• Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
• Collaborates across business areas with partners, vendors, technical staff and project teams to drive value and deploy innovative solutions.
• Owns scientific workflow process mapping for business areas within product.
• Owns technical tasks related to software implementation efforts.
• Reviews and translates scientific workflows into well-defined product requirements including themes/epics/features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, and champions organizational change.
• Establishes Outcomes & Key Results and metrics to evaluate product performance and user satisfaction.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Prepares and presents regular updates to senior management and team members.\r\r
