Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Software Architect (Gameplay)
to lead engineering efforts in creating high-quality action
gameplay systems.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various disciplines to develop technical plans for
desired gameplay outcomes
Audit development plans for technical designs, processes, and
quality assurance
Manage technical risks and ensure systems are performant and ready
for deployment across devices
Required Qualifications
7+ years of industry experience with multiple shipped titles
Experience in leadership roles or as a technical director/gameplay
lead programmer
Expert understanding of 3D game development, including rendering
and gameplay
Experience with Unreal Engine and C++
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or
equivalent experience
