Analytics Developer/Business intelligence Software Developer, you
will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and
collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people
around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading data solutions for healthcare analytic solutions for
HIS products and customers. Working on an agile team of engineers
and builders.
- Implementing published data assets, data processing pipelines,
and reporting solutions.
- Determining the design, coding, and delivery of 3M HIS products
and customer solutions.
- Supporting 3M HIS product development for customers across the
US and the globe. Working closely with other teams to deliver our
data driven products.
- Willingness to be on-call (interest question) Your Skills and
Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one,
Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND a minimum of (5) years of
experience in Software Development
- High School Diploma/GED from AND a minimum of (9) years of
experience in Software Development
- (3+) years Software Development in the Cloud Additional
qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this
role include:
- (2+) years Data Product Development Experience
- (2+) years Data Engineering Experience
- (2+) years working in an agile development environment
- Healthcare data analysis: FHIR, HL7/ X12 Claims and Clinical
Data
- (1+) years Amazon Quicksight Development for Enterprise
solutions
- (2+) years developing with Amazon Web Services data
products
- Skills include Product planning, requirements gathering,
documenting voice of customer, strong teamworkWork location: Choose

is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable
incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith
estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a
candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to,
the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work
location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be
eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision,
