About the RoleCi Siamo, a leading restaurant group, is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality in our dining rooms.Key Responsibilities

• Culture Development: Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork among our service staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Service Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of service quality, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate our service team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance of our dining room inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and that our staff are properly trained to use them.
• Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with our kitchen leaders and line staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration during service periods.
• Compliance: Ensure that our dining room operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for our service staff, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a dining room management role, preferably in a fine dining or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • English fluency and Spanish preferred.What We Offer
