Job Description:
SUMMARY
The Election Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the
technical and operational aspects of the election process,
including the creation and management of ballots, troubleshooting
and maintaining voting equipment, supporting the logistics of the
election warehouse, and supervising election staff. This role
ensures the integrity, efficiency, and security of the election
systems and processes.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Public Administration,
Political Science, or a related field;Minimum of 3-5 years of
experience in election administration, IT management, or a related
field;Must have experience programming ballots with Dominion;Strong
technical skills and experience with election technology and
systems;Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;Strong
organizational and project management abilities;Ability to work
under pressure and meet tight deadlines;Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills;Proven experience in supervising and managing
staff;Ability to work extended hours, including nights and
weekends, especially during election periods;Physical ability to
lift and move election equipment and supplies;Valid driver's
license and reliable transportation.
