Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to assist
customers with financial tools and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to 10-12 customer tickets per day via Zendesk
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate to Engineering or
Partnership teams as needed
Collaborate with other TSEs on process improvements and assist GTM
teams with escalations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
6+ months of experience working with REST APIs, SQL, CSS, HTML, and
a coding language (JavaScript or Python)
Knowledge of ticketing systems and data visualization tools
Preferred: 6+ months of experience supporting technical projects or
process improvement
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
